An Atlantic City man was arrested Sunday for allegedly holding two women against their will while robbing and assaulting them on New Year’s Eve. According to the Press of Atlantic City Justin Williams, 39, was charged with two counts of robbery, three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of terrorist threats, criminal restraint, certain person not to possess a weapon, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and simple assault at a home in the first block of North Georgia Avenue.
