More problems are plaguing the residents of Stanley Holmes Village Housing as the residents of the 420-unit public housing complex are again without heat or hot water.Problems started Friday, said Olga Pomar, the South Jersey Legal Services attorney representing about 100 tenants suing the Atlantic City Housing Authority over poor conditions there. Pomar said the decades old boiler system has lost pressure. So far according to the Press of Atlantic City the Housing Authority Executive Director hasn’t issued a response.
