It just doesn’t work to evade police as an Absecon man found out accused of driving while his license was suspended for a previous driving under the influence charge six years ago was found guilty Tuesday, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said. Thomas J. Fox III, 60, was convicted on two counts of driving during a license suspension for prior DUIs. Fox was unable to provide a valid driver’s license, and a search of his information revealed his licensed had been suspended for two prior DUIs, the Prosecutor’s Office said Wednesday in a news release.
