In Vineland, the state Civil Service Commission has ruled that removal of former city police Chief Rudolph Beu was unjustified.Last week’s ruling is in line with the Dec. 8 decision by state Administrative Law Judge Kathleen M. Calemmo. In her ruling, Calemmo said the city failed to meet the standard needed for Beu’s removal.
