Ocean City Boardwalk

Ocean City City Council could approve a $12,000 contract to help line up permits to widen the north end of the city’s Boardwalk at a meeting scheduled for this evening. A contract with the Robbinsville, Mercer County, company would have ACT Engineering work to obtain permission from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection to widen the beachfront walkway from Fifth Street to its northernmost spot at St. James Place.
