Former President Donald J. Trump’s campaign has already paid the city in full to reimburse it for costs related to a planned beachfront rally May 11, reports the Press of Atlantic City. City officials said the campaign is paying about $54,000 to cover local costs related to the rally, including the increased cost for police, public works and other city services. Every city department calculated the expected additional cost and put in a request for money. The city tabulated it all to come up with a request for the campaign.
